German Car Depot sends informational, service-related text messages to existing customers regarding vehicle service reminders, follow-ups for previously recommended or declined services, appointment-related notifications, and scheduling assistance.
Messages are not promotional in nature and are sent only in connection with an existing customer relationship.
How Customers Opt In (Consent Methods)
Customers may provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages from German Car Depot through one or more of the following methods:
1. In-Store Consent
Customers may provide verbal or written consent during an in-person service visit at German Car Depot. Consent may be collected at vehicle drop-off, during service authorization, or while reviewing recommended repairs with a service advisor.

3. Verbal Consent During Scheduling
Customers may provide verbal consent over the phone when scheduling an appointment or discussing vehicle service with a German Car Depot service advisor.

Customers may opt in by texting the keyword START to our SMS-enabled business phone number.
