Efficient, honest and reasonable. I came with a list in my head of things I thought I needed/wanted done. Eddie inspected the car and told me what was needed now and what may be needed soon. I got an oil charge, new brakes, spark plugs, service b and tires. They don’t even sell tires and he went out his way to get tires ordered, put on my car and aligned. He beat the Walmart price I told him I found. This will definitely be my shop for any services or issues I may encounter. I would highly suggest. Eddie even recommended restaurants for me to try since I’m new to the area. You don’t get this kind of service everywhere. Also, I encountered other members of the staff and everyone was pleasant. I don’t think you find that too often in auto shops. I’m very happy to have found them on Google hoping my review helps others.

I returned to German Car Depot after having service at the dealer and receiving a long list of repairs totaling several thousand dollars. I called Eddie, and he had a mechanic, Milton, inspect the car. Only two repairs were necessary and the cost was significantly less than the quote from the dealer. Everything was fully explained to me so that I was comfortable, and no one is more accommodating and helpful than Eddie. I will be returning to German Car Depot for all service and repairs.

This place is a hidden gem for a mechanic shop. From start to finish the experience was great. . Richey checked me in and assigned Milton to my car. He was able to diagnose it , explained everything to me, and gave an estimate for the work. It was serviced for maintenance , got new brakes, and all that goes along with it. Before the shop closed at 5pm, my car was ready to rock and roll out, stress free! The car drives nice a smooth. No complaints! What a relief to find a mechanic shop that is professional , organized, courteous, and has integrity in workmanship. Thank you Richey, Milton, and Steve for an over all peaceful experience.
