German Car Depot Reviews in Hollywood, FL

I liked the communication and service from Rich and his team. Everything was clearly explained. Glad so many people recommended them to me!

Good customer service. Repair on time and in budget

I have to say that the way they took care of me was far and beyond of what I expected! They were able to diagnose the problems I had and were in touch with me thru the whole process. This is my new spot for my BMW e46 Touring. You need work with some high quality techs and service reps ? German Depot is the place !

Very fast. Rich advised me of cost, inspection. Everything is done by text.

Had my A/C replaced on a BMW. Lot cheaper than the dealership. By far. Couple months later and my A/C is still spitting out ice cubes. Nice guys over there too. My new go to

Very friendly and courteous service. Full clear presentation of charges before service began as well as a detailed e-mailed analysis of work (including photos!!!!). Rapid execution of repairs and final billing was EXACTLY reflective of the estimated charges! The most comprehensive professional services I have ever seen in 49 years of car ownership! A+++! I have never had to wait for service, always exceeding all of my expectations!! I have brought all three of my last & current vehicles to German Car Depot. I will go nowhere else! My transmission quit on 1/1/23 and once again the staff at German Car Depot have come through again in half the time I thought it would take. Thanks again guys, drives great!

Adam was great and very efficient. I recommend German Car Depot and Adam. My car is very smooth now. They did an amazing job! Thank you!

Service was great! Workers were very nice and explained everything to me, as well as kept me up to date on repairs. Their communication was excellent. Would recommend

Made an appointment on Friday with Adam for Monday- great service all around - thank you- will be back. 😊🙏🏻

Service was quick, spot on diagnostics, no surprises, verifiable future servicing of critical components were shared and expected timing of said services. The vehicle was also delivered washed. Adam was instrumental in having this service run like a Swiss watch. Continuously checked in to advise on progress made. PSA NEVER DRIVE YOUR GERMAN MASTERPIECE THROUGH DEEP FLOOD WATERS AT SPEEDS ITS NOT MEANT TO GO. If you do these gents will come though. Mission Accomplished! Kudos!

Dimiter Kuzmanov Dimitrov Bourgas Bulgaria a well-proven victim of the Bulgarian Communists and Socialists.I think that your page does a wonderful job and will help the leaders of the Bourgas and the Bulgarian Socialists and High Council of BSP and Parliamentary Group of BSP not to pay for violence against me and not to pay to violate my Human Rights including out of Bourgas.

Another oil change another fantastic experience. Richie and Jimmy are awesome.. have always been honest and fair.. and usually a lot less than the dealer..

Excellent service! Great communication! Good prices.💯💯

I have been with these guys for many years. Honest people. They ALWAYS do quality work. Very professional. Fair pricing and always do their best to “minimize the damage”. They are specialists which is extremely important when working on my European vehicle. You find guys like this and you hang on to them tightly. Give them a chance and you will no longer be going back to the dealership.

Fast service. Gives update via text with video and photo of your car. 👍👍👍

Fast, reliable , honest, trusty, excellent work, clean, Friendly etc.etc.

Always friendly service, they go out of their way to keep you updated and make sure to get your car taken care of the right way - My car had an issue and twice I have called with different things and they got me right in. They assisted with the extended warranty and I needed to do nothing and even went above and beyond. Great place! Highly recommend anyone use them for their German autos!

These guys are really helpful I always trust them with my car. The repairs are reasonably priced and have recommended them to my friends with German cars in the past. It’s hard to find anyone who does a professional job who you can trust. I’ve used them for 6 years now and have been 100% satisfied every time.

Good service, quality work, fair prices.

One of the best German Car auto service I've ever been @ period.

Excellent company, great customer service

Service is outstanding. You can completely trust these guys. They know what they are doing and they are professional. I will 💯 recommend them.

Job done quickly and well done

This was en excellent experience. I had an issue and had to have my daughters car towed in. They analyzed the issue and performed a full inspection of the car, including photos and explanatory videos. I had many conversations and we identified the most important fixes. I understood the charges and the expected result. The car drives beautifully and they cleaned it up as well. Very professional, knowledgeable mechanics and front desk staff were smooth and unshakeable. This was not our first visit and will not be the last!
