This is not my first positive review of German Car Depot and will not be my last!😊 German Car Depot (GCD) is the only place I bring my Mercedes Benz, no matter how minor or complex an issue is, their technicians are well experienced working on all German built cars. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, the online and mobile access for status updates and diagnosis reports, they maintain great communications throughout the repair process. Estimates are fairly priced and below dealer repair, and they will work with you on accurately diagnosing any issue with an option to pause or proceed. Rich and Eddie are the best and will make sure you are taken care of. During this particular visit they quickly resolved my MB fuel filter issue replacing the broken plastic parts and replaced all gaskets and seals, thus eliminating the dangerous and smelly leak and restoring my normal V8 performance. From a basic oil change, to replacing any engine, suspension or factory component, GCD has the technicians and access to ALL parts needed to quickly get you back on the road. I'm a huge fan of GCD and highly recommend if you are looking for a quality repair center. Thanks gents and see you next time for a routine oil change.

I had a really high quote (in the thousands!) for my VW Tiguan from the dealership and decided to take the car here for a second opinion. Eddy was the person who helped me. He run the diagnostics on my car and explained to me the warning messages, asked good questions about my care for the car, explained all the little things I was doing wrong but that has huge impact on the car's performance. After taking out on the road to further test it, he told me I need absolutely no repairs at this time. It was my first experience with Eddy and the shop and this will now be my go to place when I need my car to be serviced or repaired. Thanks, Eddy!!

Great service from German Car Depot! Eddie was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They use original OEM parts and provide 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on part and labor for work their perform. I will be taking my Mercedes there going forward.

Took my 2016 BMW X4 here for a thermostat replacement and had a great experience from start to finish. They used a genuine BMW part, backed the work with a 2-year warranty, and the pricing was very fair. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were. Stephen in the office walked me through everything, explained exactly what was going on with the car, and never tried to pressure me into extra work. They inspected the cooling system and were upfront about what might need attention down the road, but left the decision entirely up to me. The work was done same day and the car runs great. It's hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust, and these guys earned it. I'll be bringing my car here from now on. Highly recommend Stephen and the whole team.

Everyone that helped with my PPI at the German Car Depot was extremely helpful and they provided excellent service and support before AND after the inspection. I followed up with some questions and the main mechanic was not there but other staff stepped up to answer my questions and helped me make the difficult decision to take a chance on a used BMW car! Great communication, clear results and after service support is what you can expect here!

Efficient, honest and reasonable. I came with a list in my head of things I thought I needed/wanted done. Eddie inspected the car and told me what was needed now and what may be needed soon. I got an oil charge, new brakes, spark plugs, service b and tires. They don’t even sell tires and he went out his way to get tires ordered, put on my car and aligned. He beat the Walmart price I told him I found. This will definitely be my shop for any services or issues I may encounter. I would highly suggest. Eddie even recommended restaurants for me to try since I’m new to the area. You don’t get this kind of service everywhere. Also, I encountered other members of the staff and everyone was pleasant. I don’t think you find that too often in auto shops. I’m very happy to have found them on Google hoping my review helps others.
