I took my 2023 Porsche to this location for the first time two days ago. Since the moment I made the first call, I knew this was the right place to take my car. Eddie, answer the phone, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great suggestions and helped all the way through my service appointment. I definitely will be back and recommend this place to whomever is looking for a great and reliable European car shop service..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! I brought my Porsche in yesterday for a regular maintenance oil change, and once again German Car Depot delivered an exceptional experience. This is my second Porsche, and I’ve been a loyal client for over four years — they have consistently provided outstanding service every time. The team is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always friendly. They take the time to explain what my car needs and ensure the work is done properly. Their rewards program is another great benefit — it actually helps you save money on future services, which I really appreciate. If you drive a German vehicle and want honest, high-quality service, German Car Depot is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the very high quality of service from Eddie the service manager and the technicians at German Car Depot. Eddie communicated the status of the vehicle frequently, explaining the issues, recommendations, and timelines. He and the technicians took the time to test drive the vehicle after repairs were made and ensured that all issues were addressed and tested for performance. Key issues on this 164,000 mile, 14 year old, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, included battery replacement, a fuel injector replacement, sunroof drains cleared and the DEF heater replaced. Fast turnaround for all this work - about 48 hours!

I brought my Porsche Cayenne to German Car Depot for an oil change, and what I received was far beyond a routine service. From the moment I arrived, the team treated both me and my vehicle with the utmost professionalism and care. What stood out most was the comprehensive inspection they performed — not only did they complete the oil change with precision, but they also gave me a clear, detailed report of everything working perfectly and areas that may need attention down the line. Their knowledge of German engineering is obvious, and their transparency and honesty are rare to find. I left feeling informed, respected, and with peace of mind that my Cayenne is in expert hands. It’s not just service — it’s a level of care and attention that reflects a deep respect for the car and the customer. Worth every penny, and I wouldn’t trust my Porsche with anyone else. Highly recommend for anyone who values quality, expertise, and integrity.
