I had a really high quote (in the thousands!) for my VW Tiguan from the dealership and decided to take the car here for a second opinion. Eddy was the person who helped me. He run the diagnostics on my car and explained to me the warning messages, asked good questions about my care for the car, explained all the little things I was doing wrong but that has huge impact on the car's performance.
