What's Covered
The warranty covers a broad range of repair categories including: air conditioning, heating & climate control, brakes, electrical systems, engine performance, exhaust, fuel systems, ignition, steering & suspension, emission controls, starting & charging systems, CV joints, halfshafts, and ADAS calibration & services — among others.
This warranty is valid for vehicles subjected to normal use and maintained reasonably during the warranty period. Warranty repair costs will not exceed the cost of the original repair.
How to Use Your Warranty
Keep a copy of your original repair invoice. If you’re within 25 miles of our Hollywood, FL shop, return to us directly. If you’re further away, call the Warranty Administrator at 1-866-541-9805 (Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm EST) to locate the nearest participating facility.
What's Not Covered
Exclusions include: internally lubricated engine parts, auto body & glass, tires, batteries, used or salvaged parts, preventive maintenance (oil changes, fluid flushes, wiper blades, filters), and customer-supplied parts. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
The repair limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is made by the Independent Service Facility named on the repair invoice. This warranty may be honored at any participating facility in the United States and Canada. Sonsio Administrative Services, LLC serves solely as the program administrator.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 3-year / 36,000-mile (whichever comes first) from the date of the original repair. Covered systems include: A/C & heating, brakes, clutches, electrical, emission controls, engine cooling, engine performance, exhaust, fuel systems, ignition, starting & charging, steering & suspension, CV joints, halfshafts, driveshafts, ADAS services and calibration, and on-board computer systems.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Keep your original repair invoice. If you’re within 25 miles of the original facility, return there directly. If farther away, call 1-866-541-9805 (Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm EST, excluding U.S. holidays) to locate the nearest participating facility. If no participating facility is available, you may use a non-participating facility, pay out of pocket, and submit both invoices for reimbursement.
Trip Interruption Reimbursement
If a covered repair fails during the warranty period and you are more than 100 miles from home, you may be eligible for reimbursement of meal and lodging expenses up to $250 (one claim per 12 months, requiring an overnight stay). Contact the administrator to file a claim.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: damage from abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; normal wear and tear; non-warranty services ordered at the same time; or incidental/consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary by state.
Automotive Repairs Excluded from Warranty
Excluded repairs include: internally lubricated parts (turbochargers, timing chains, cylinder head gaskets, camshafts, crankshafts, transmissions, transaxles, differentials, and associated bearings); drive motors; auto body, paint, and glass; repairs on commercial vehicles over 1-ton capacity; tires and batteries; used or salvaged parts; preventive maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes, wiper blades, and filters; and customer-supplied parts.
