Since purchasing a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan two years ago for my daughter, I have taken the car to several garages for service. The car had 152,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and it cost me $4500. I knew it would need a complete overhaul to get it running well for a few more years to permit my daughter to get her driving experience and take her to college. But each mechanic gave little feedback, explaining only what they had done and repaired. The Volkswagen Tiguan worked, but after every trip, oil leaked on pavement and the smell of hot oil lingered. Recently we noticed the breaks needed service and we wanted to find a new garage that would also address the other issues such as oil leaks and the smell of oil fumes lingering after driving the car. None of the other garages/mechanics had attempted to fix this. Then we found German Car Depot online and decided to bring the Tiguan to them. After listening to our concerns, Eddie suggested a complete inspection be done. A full detailed report was given to us, prioritizing each issue and its price. The breaks were replaced first. Then in order of priority, each part and labor fee was completely itemized separately, and German Car Depot tackled one job at a time as per our consent until we were able to fix all oil leaks. We were kept informed with pictures of all repairs being made. Pictures of the damaged parts were taken and sent to us. If we consented to proceed, pictures of the new parts were shared as well. We could compare the damaged parts with the new parts. Our engine looks brand new. No oil leaks whatsoever. The staff and mechanics at German Car Depot took the time to fully diagnose and put in the vast amount of quality work our car needed to be at its best. I will highly recommend them to others and continue using their service to maintain my car.

They did a full clutch replacement with the OEM parts that I brought. Eddie in service was great. Good communication, friendly service, fair and honest pricing. I'll be going to them again in the future to have my volkswagen serviced.

Friendly group there. Kept me constantly advised as to their progress on my Volkswagen CC. When the warranty on my porsche expires, if I need service I will definitely be going there.

Always a pleasure working with German Car Depot! My 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan was on the fritz—cutting off randomly and glitching when I tried to start it. They ran a battery and alternator test, and sure enough, both had seen better days and needed to be replaced. They set clear expectations from the start and even provided me with a loaner car when they couldn’t get mine back to me the same day. Communication was timely, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Car was 2015 VW Passat and while I was driving multiple warnings popped up on dash. I left car to be checked and received a phone call later with a full description of problems and estimate for repairs. Car was ready as promised and is running great. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend German Car Depot to anyone driving a German auto.

I have been going to German Car Depot for the last 7 years and each time its like the first day. I brought my Audi and my Volkswagen here. Being a young female and having a German car i thought it would unbearable, however the pricing and the affordability German car provides has allowed me to stay in my budget range. I’m honestly grateful for finding this dealer because they take great care of you and your car. I appreciate the entire staff there and you have a life time customer.

Went to German Car Depot to get some repairs done on my Volkswagen and the customer service from the moment I called to set up an appointment was fantastic! I was able to get a fast same-day appointment! I towed my car there knowing German Car Depot would be able to repair my car! Everyone was extremely friendly from the moment I arrived and I was kept in constant communication with the status of my vehicle up until the moment it was ready for pick up. My vehicle was washed and everything was repaired! I highly recommend German Car Depot to anyone who needs their German vehicle serviced or repaired!
