Very friendly and courteous service. Full clear presentation of charges before service began as well as a detailed e-mailed analysis of work (including photos!!!!). Rapid execution of repairs and final billing was EXACTLY reflective of the estimated charges! The most comprehensive professional services I have ever seen in 49 years of car ownership! A+++! I have never had to wait for service, always exceeding all of my expectations!! I have brought all three of my last & current vehicles to German Car Depot. I will go nowhere else! Service was quick, spot on diagnostics, no surprises, verifiable future servicing of critical components were shared and expected timing of said services. The vehicle was also delivered washed. Adam was instrumental in having this service run like a Swiss watch. Continuously checked in to advise on progress made.
