Took my 2016 BMW X4 here for a thermostat replacement and had a great experience from start to finish. They used a genuine BMW part, backed the work with a 2-year warranty, and the pricing was very fair. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were. Stephen in the office walked me through everything, explained exactly what was going on with the car, and never tried to pressure me into extra work. They inspected the cooling system and were upfront about what might need attention down the road, but left the decision entirely up to me. The work was done same day and the car runs great. Everyone that helped with my PPI at the German Car Depot was extremely helpful and they provided excellent service and support before AND after the inspection. I followed up with some questions and the main mechanic was not there but other staff stepped up to answer my questions and helped me make the difficult decision to take a chance on a used BMW car! Great communication, clear results and after service support is what you can expect here!

Efficient, honest and reasonable. I came with a list in my head of things I thought I needed/wanted done. Eddie inspected the car and told me what was needed now and what may be needed soon. I got an oil charge, new brakes, spark plugs, service b and tires. They don’t even sell tires and he went out his way to get tires ordered, put on my car and aligned. He beat the Walmart price I told him I found. This will definitely be my shop for any services or issues I may encounter. I would highly suggest. Eddie even recommended restaurants for me to try since I’m new to the area. You don’t get this kind of service everywhere. Also, I encountered other members of the staff and everyone was pleasant. I don’t think you find that too often in auto shops. I’m very happy to have found them on Google hoping my review helps others.
