Only comment is I was surprised it took 3 hours for an oil change, even after I had made an appointment on-line. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Though all was fine with the work and the time frame considering having to wait for the Carmax approval which took several days....if I may suggest....thought the shop is spotless.....there is a lack of awareness by the mechanics as far as their cleanliness in the vehicle. Both times my vehicle in the shop, it was turned over to me with numerous grease stains and marks where they were in the vehicle without washing or covering the surfaces. A little precaution in this regards would be prudent.

It was a pleasure meeting Luis after speaking with him on the phone. This is my first encounter with this establishment, after moving from NC, so I hope this would be my home away from 'the dealership' who normally "rips your mouth out" when it comes to pricing! So far so good
